In the heart of Alessandria, Mandrogne area, stands Litta Parodi, a small village a few km from the motorway junction that connects Milan with Genoa and Turin with Piacenza.
Here on the main street of the village stands a villa built in the early 1900s. A garden of about 2,500 square meters, with on the left the oldest part of the property 300 square meters currently used as a garage.
The building has three floors, about 800 square meters: upon entering, in the center the important white marble staircase. On the ground floor we find a large living room, a living room with fireplace, and then the dining room, kitchen, office, classic ironing room, and another room now used as a library. Also on the ground floor we have under the stairs on one side a small bathroom for guests and on the other the entrance to the large cellar. On the first floor we find 8 bedrooms (two with balcony) and three bathrooms. On the second floor, seven rooms and three bathrooms, two of which are very large.
All the rooms on the ground floor and first floor have frescoed ceilings with floral motifs typical of the Piedmontese Art Nouveau style.
Roof revisited about 8 years ago. Recent boiler.
