In the heart of Alessandria, Mandrogne area, stands Litta Parodi, a small village a few km from the motorway junction that connects Milan with Genoa and Turin with Piacenza.
Here on the main street of the village stands a villa built in the early 1900s. A garden of about 2,500 square meters, with on the left the oldest part of the property 300 square meters currently used as a garage.
The building has three floors, about 800 square meters: upon entering, in the center the important white marble staircase. On the ground floor we find a large living room, a living room with fireplace, and then the dining room, kitchen, office, classic ironing room, and another room now used as a library. Also on the ground floor we have under the stairs on one side a small bathroom for guests and on the other the entrance to the large cellar.
